Efficiency Start to Finish
Envel Facade’s manufacturing process eliminates, or significantly reduces, onsite panel cutting, and concealed fastener clips are pre-applied in our factory for your convenience.
Lifting points are coordinated and fully provided on concealed fastened projects,
Coordinated, sequenced deliveries for the installer are standard.
We are happy to include an insulation framing system in a project’s quote and/or included in its submittal and engineering package if desired by the installer.
Superior Quality
The PVA fibers used in our Envel™ UHPC mix do not need protection from cement and will not break down over time like glass fibers. These PVA fibers are fully suspended in the concrete matrix, giving a uniform and predictable distribution of reinforcing components which are not subject to production variation.
Batching and panel-to-panel tonal color variation planning is essential. Panel production is planned carefully to ensure distributed tonal variations, resulting in a natural appearance and reducing clusters of like tones. Our black powder-coated rails come standard.
