East County Library
The East County Library UHPC facade in Gresham, OR demonstrates how custom textured facade panels can move beyond traditional flat-panel systems to create depth, shadow, and continuity across an architectural elevation.
Designed by Holst Architecture, the project features a custom UHPC rainscreen facade system developed through close collaboration between design, fabrication, and installation teams. Defined by scalloped geometry, concealed fastening strategies, and precision mold fabrication, the East County Library UHPC facade transformed a highly dimensional architectural concept into a buildable facade system without compromising the original design intent.
